  Two stalls in women's bathroom out of order creating a long line. Men's bathroom had no paper towels and urine puddles on floor. Entry for vehicles has poor signage - I saw three vehicles in ten minutes guess the wrong point of entry. Traffic flow is chaotic and needs to be addressed - every single side of every fueling island had cars entering from both ends. One pump had a broken credit card reader which meant customers had to go inside and stand in line for ten minutes before they could pump their gas, leading to more congestion outside. Dingy windows, unmopped floors and litter everywhere outside made this the worst pilot I have ever seen by far. There is a brand new speedway just down the street. Go there instead.

  Really like this pilot the parking lot is very comfortable nice and smooth big wide and easy to park. Funny thing inside about the men's bathroom it's set up in a pretty weird way so guys when you get there you'll see. Service is really nice great place to stop for a long stay since there's a lot of areas outside to eat barbecue and Subway and there's an Arby's inside. Remember to leave the parking lot out of the diesel pumps you got to take a left remember that.

  I really don't need to hear an employee going around telling every other employee that they're "through with it" in regards to an issue with another employee. The Arby's here is also incredibly slow.

  Good staff and it could be a little cleaner but prices are solid and it's conveniently located near nice restaurants and the interstate, right between Nashville and Memphis
